Automation that takes the repetitive work off your hands

The repetitive work that eats your days, copy-paste, reports and data entry, we make it run on its own.

Every hour spent moving data by hand from one system to another is an hour taken from the real work. And it isn’t only time: repeated copy-paste is the most common source of errors you then pay for twice, when you find them. Business process automation is exactly for this, getting the mechanical steps that no one should still do by hand out of the way.

We don’t start from an automation tool looking for a problem. We start from your flow: we look at what you redo the same every week, where systems don’t talk, which reports you assemble by hand every Monday. Then we automate the piece that weighs on you most and grow from there, instead of promising a revolution that never arrives.

Automating well doesn’t mean changing all the programs you use. In most cases we work with the tools you already have, connect them and put an automation on top, without upending the way you work. You see the result right away, on the real flow, not in a demo.

And it stays running: an automation isn’t a one-off job. We keep it monitored, and if a system changes or a new case shows up, we handle it, so it keeps running without silent surprises.

What’s included · Automation

  • 01

    System-to-system integrations

ERP, invoicing, e-commerce and CRM connected via API, so the data moves on its own and stays aligned both ways.

  • 02

    Automated flows

Emails, confirmations, reports, reminders and exports that run by themselves when they should, without anyone having to remember.

  • 03

    Reports and documents

Numbers collected from several sources and documents generated with no copy-paste, always up to date and ready when you need them.

  • 04

    Maintenance included

Automations stay monitored and cared for: if a system changes or a new case comes up, we handle it.

How we work · Automation

We look at your flow and measure where the time goes: which steps are repetitive, follow clear rules and need no human judgement. Those are the right candidates for automation, and we rank them by how much time they save you.

We start from one flow, the heaviest, and make it run on its own. You see the result on the real job quickly, not at the end of a long project. If it works there, we expand to the other steps.

Every automation goes into production with clear controls and limits, tested before we let it run free. Then it stays monitored: if something changes upstream, we see it and step in, before the client notices.

Concrete examples · Automation

  • The Monday report, gone

Every Monday morning someone spent an hour assembling the same report from three different sheets. Now it generates itself, up to date, and lands in your inbox ready to read.

  • Orders that enter on their own

Orders from the site were rewritten by hand into the software. An integration lets them enter automatically, with prices and stock always aligned.

  • Automatic confirmations and reminders

Appointment confirmations and reminders went out by hand, when there was time. Now they go out on their own at the right moment, and last-minute cancellations have dropped.

Who it’s for · Automation

It’s probably for you.

Recognise yourself in one of these? Then we’re already halfway there.

  • Anyone redoing the same manual work every week

  • Companies with systems that don’t talk to each other

  • Anyone assembling reports by hand every Monday from different sheets

  • Anyone who wants to grow without hiring just to move data around

How we think about cost · Automation

The cost of an automation depends on how many steps it involves, how many different systems it has to line up, and how open those systems are. Connecting two programs with clean APIs is one thing; working around a closed system is another, and we tell you up front.

The right measure isn’t the absolute price but the time you free up. An automation that removes hours every week pays off fast; one that touches a marginal flow may not be worth it, and in that case we tell you.

As with everything else, we start from a concrete flow and a clear quote before we begin. No black-box packages: you pay for the automation you need, not a platform full of features you won’t use.

Frequently asked questions · Automation

What can be automated?
Anything repetitive that follows rules: data entry, emails, reports, exports, syncing between programs. We start from the flow that weighs on you most today and measure the time it frees up.
Do I have to change the programs I use?
No. In most cases we automate and integrate the tools you already have, without upending the way you work. Changing program is the last option, not the first.
What if a system has no API?
We find the most solid path and tell you straight. Where a system is closed we assess the best alternative and its limits, without promising miracles.
Who checks the automations keep working?
They stay monitored by us. If something changes upstream or a new case shows up, we step in before it becomes a problem for you or your clients.
